Reservation Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age. All reservations require a valid Visa, MasterCard, or Discover number. These numbers are held in the unlikely event of theft or damages. A full name and mailing address are required for the confirmation letter. Please inform us where you acquired the information that encouraged you to call and make a reservation at Indian Bear Lodge.

Cabin Rental Rental Deposit Requirement & Payment Types

The total balance on all reservations is made up of the nightly rate plus 7% Sales Tax and a 3% County bed Tax. A one night stay deposit is required and this is processed immediately on a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. This deposit is taken off of total balance of the stay. The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival, just prior to Check-In. This balance may be paid in Cash or Credit Card only.

Lodge Rental / Carriage House Security Deposit Requirement & Payment Types
The total balance on all Lodge Rental reservations are made up of the nightly rate plus 7% Sales Tax, and 3% County bed Tax. The deposit is one night stay plus a $200 security deposit. You will get back the security deposit back as long as the Lodge or Carriage House is left in good condition. This is processed immediately on Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The remainder of the balance is due the week upon arrival. This balance may be paid in Cash or Credit Card only.

Cabin Rentals Cancellation Policy

Cabin Rental reservations are subject to our 30 day Cancellation Policy. Once a deposit has been posted, and subsequently the unit is officially booked, all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit minus $25.00. All cancellations made within 30 days prior to your check-in date will result in a full forfeiture of your deposit plus the remainder of the balance. If the unit can be rebooked for the dates of your reservation then we will refund the total balance minus $25.00.

Lodge Rental/Carriage House Cancellation Policy
All Lodge Rental reservations are subject to our 90 day Cancellation Policy. Once a deposit has been posted, and subsequently the unit is officially booked, all cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival will result a refund of your deposit minus $25.00. All cancellations made within 90 days prior to your check-in date will result in a full forfeit of your deposit. All cancellations made within 90 days of your check-in date will result in a full forfeit of your deposit plus the remaining balance of the reservation. If the lodge can be rebooked for the dates of your reservation the subsequent forfeiture will be refunded minus $50.00.

Check-In and Checkout Times
On your day of arrival, Check-In is not guaranteed until after 4pm. Checkout time is 11am on your scheduled Checkout day. No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted inside the lodge or cabins, however there is a smoking area outside on the porch of all cabins andlodge.
